SMS Messaging Program Terms

1. Program Name

PropertyWorks Customer Notifications and Updates, operated by PropertyWorks II LLC DBA PropertyWorks.

2. Program Description

PropertyWorks II LLC DBA PropertyWorks sends text messages to customers who submit a quote request or book an appointment through our website at https://property.teampropertyworks.com and who opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our form.

Non-marketing messages include responses to quote requests, appointment confirmations and reminders, rescheduling updates, estimate follow-ups, and customer support communications.

Marketing messages, sent only to customers who separately opt in to marketing texts, include seasonal service offers and scheduling availability updates for our land clearing, forestry mulching, and site preparation services.

3. Consent

Opting in to text messages is optional. The SMS consent checkboxes on our forms are unchecked by default, and you do not need to agree to receive text messages to submit a form or purchase any service from us. Marketing and non-marketing consent are collected separately.

4. Message Frequency and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Marketing SMS messages are sent up to 4 times per month. Non-marketing SMS messages are sent as needed, typically up to 2 times per month. Frequency may vary based on campaigns and your requests. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

5. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number that sent you messages. After you send "STOP," we will send you one SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed from PropertyWorks messages. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again the same way you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

6. Help and Customer Support

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for assistance, or contact us directly at [email protected] or (828) 287-0700 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET).

7. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, as well as most regional carriers.

9. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in our SMS program.
